Dr Asota

Dr. Asota earned her Bachelors of Science in Microbiology at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaignand her medical degree at University of Wisconsin, School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, WI, and completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Arizona, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science, Tucson, AZ. She then completed her fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the University of California at Irvine, Gavin Herbert Eye Institute, Irvine, CA. In addition, she completed a post-doctorate corneal research fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Asota is board certified in Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Her clinical interests include diseases and surgery of the cornea and anterior segment, advanced cataract surgery techniques, LASIK,PTK, RLE and PRK, ocular surface disease and reconstruction, and general eye care.
